ABOUT US

The Objects for which the society is established are:

(a) To Promotion and encouragement of the scientific study and research works of History and its other sister disciplines of social sciences.

(b) To arrange, organise and promote seminars, lectures, debates, discussions, workshops, festivals, excursions and exhibitions for the diffusion of Knowledge.

(c) To publish or cause to be published useful Journals, Magazines, Books, Text-books, Monograph, Proceedings, Bulletins, Memoirs, Literatures and other works without profit motive.

(d) Co-operation with other organisations in Indian and abroad holding similar objects.

(e) To promote and encourage advancement of Historical, Literary, Cultural & Scientific education.

(f) To collect, revive, restore and preserve ancient culture, manuscripts, paintings, sculptures, works of art, natural history specimens, mechanical and  scientific instruments and designs, Historical artefacts etc.

(g) To acquire, organise, establish, start, aid, run, maintain the centre or institutes to learn, study and cultivate the classical languages like Sanskrit, Pali, Prakrit, Persian/Farsi etc. without profit motive.

(h) To acquire, organise, establish, start, aid, run, maintain or educational institutes, basic and adult education centre, libraries and reading rooms to remove the illiteracy and for the benefit of the public without profit motive.

(i)  To help the needy students of all communities for the prosecution of studies.

(j)  To promote and preserve the Nationalist, Democratic and Secular Values among the people.

(k) To import and developed Social awareness among the people by organising awareness camp from time to time.

(l) To educate the people about pollution and environment, to arrange plantation of trees in the locality to make the world green.

(m) To collect, revive, restore, preserve and digitalized rear and valuable Books, Periodicals, Paintings, Records, Documents, manuscripts etc.

(n) To engage and assist in such other philanthropic activities as may be deemed appropriate by the Governing Body of the society.

(o) To promote unity, harmony and self discipline among the members through the bonds of friendship.

(p) To promote securing, management and disposal of funds, property and endowments for the purposes stated above in the name of society.....
